TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS & REGISTRATION FEES
Cut-off Date/Cancellation Policy
By completing your online registration, you accept the following policies regarding the event fees and hotel reservations: The Cut-Off Date for event fees and hotel reservations is July 6, 2023. Event fees and hotel reservations are on a first come first serve basis. The Group Rate might sell out before the Cut-Off Day so we strongly advise you to make your reservations early. Please note: If you make your hotel reservation after July 6, 2023 the group rate may no longer be available. You will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing rate for your room. If you cancel or change your event registration and hotel reservation after the cut-off date, it will result in 100% payment of your original event and hotel reservation. All “No Shows” will result in 100% payment. You must cancel your event registration with Eventmakers (support@eventmakers.com) directly in writing. You must cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel here. Any penalties/charges will be assessed directly by the hotel to the individual.
Hotel Booking Policy:
The group rate is applicable for all attendees that book directly through the hotel reservation link. The group block was established by the NOA Board to ascertain the best group rate for our group. To protect the Groups financial commitment with the hotel, it is not permitted to use third party booking agents or utilize points to book your room. Booking outside the block may result in the cost of your room charged back to the individual by Eventmakers. Thank you for your understanding.
